<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">5. Deixe descansando por 35 a 50 min, coberta por um plástico, até seu volume duplicar. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">6. Abra a massa em superfície lisa polvilhando com bastante farinha de trigo. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">7. Faça cones com papel alumínio, de modo que fiquem resistentes para ficar em pé. (uma dica é usar o alumínio de embalagens de marmitex, são muito mais baratas que a forma própria para isso, é só cortar e moldar dobrando as extremidades e nada de usar fitas adesivas, pois lembre-se de que irá para o forno)</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">8. Corte a massa da pizza no formato dos cones, envolva-os com a massa, junte as emendas para que fiquem bem fechadas, repare no fundo para que não vaze o recheio futuramente. </span><br />

Ponha os cones em uma assadeira com sua base virada para baixo, leve ao forno pré-aquecido a uma temperatura de 200ºC para pré assar, durante 15 minutos, desenforme e coloque novamente no formo por mais 10 minutos, na posição horizontal (deitados) para que assem por dentro (não deixe dourar). </span><br />

Coloque o recheio, em camadinhas, molho de tomate, mussarela, orégano, molho de tomate, calabresa e cebola picadinhas (pode ser frango com catupiry, bacon, ou outros de sua preferência), termine com uma camadinha de mussarela polvilhada com orégano ou folhinhas de manjericão (deixe 1 cm de borda para não transbordar). Leve de volta ao forno, (EM PÉ**), (+/-10 minutos) para derreter a mussarela.</span><br />
